Our staff work under the personal direction and supervision of the owner, Mrs Claire Chapman, who is a well qualified and experienced child care professional. All of our staff are either qualified in child care or undergoing professional training and are experienced in providing a quality childcare service.

Gambrelle Day Care Centre is proud of its experienced staff and invests heavily in continued professional development to ensure that it is able to provide a modern and up to date service for the children that attend.

We believe in quality, consistency and continuity and to this end we operate a Key Person system which ensures that each child has a main carer with whom parents can relate and who will be the first point of contact for any queries, requests or comments.

Meet Our Team 

We select our staff not only on their “paper qualifications”, but also on their ability to demonstrate their genuine desire to work sensitively with the children for whom they care and their ability to recognise and respond to the needs of those children.

While all of our staff will have a general understanding of the needs of the children who attend Gambrelle Daycare Centre, Key Persons will gain a special indepth knowledge of the needs, likes, dislikes and wishes of the parents of the children with whom they work.
